1. Who we are

This website is operated by Adler Marketing and design, an independent, one-person creative studio based at Schagchelstraat 27, 2011 HW Haarlem, Netherlands (KVK 97617334, VAT NL868137741B01). 2. What this site is

This is a portfolio and marketing website. It does not include a contact form, a newsletter signup, or visitor accounts. There is no e-commerce functionality.

3. What personal data we process

• Correspondence. If you email us or call/message us by phone or WhatsApp using the details published in our footer (studio@adler-creative.com, +31 6 15100799, +972 52 5961704), we process the contact details and content of that conversation to respond to you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical server access logs (such as IP address, date and time of the request, and the page requested) for security and reliability purposes, typical of any web hosting service.

We do not use analytics tools or tracking scripts on this public website, and we do not set marketing or advertising cookies.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process the data above (a) to respond to your enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing clients or, where a contract is being discussed or performed, on the basis of that contract; and (b) to keep the website secure and functioning, based on our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of our services.

5. No sale of data

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law (for example, statutory bookkeeping obligations for correspondence tied to a paid engagement).

7. International transfers

Portfolio media on this site is served through a content delivery network, and the site is hosted by our hosting provider. Depending on the infrastructure these providers use, data may be processed on servers located outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, we expect our providers to rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at studio@adler-creative.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we introduce analytics, forms, or other data-processing features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
